Les Arcs

A three-day co-production market is being staged as a sidebar of the Les Arcs Film Festival in the eponymous French ski resort.

Projects being discussed and hopefully packaged include new features from Attila Gigor (whose The Investigator was one of the brightest Hungarian debuts in recent years), his compatriots Bálint Kenyeres, Réka Kincses and György Pálfi, Serbian director Predrag Velinovic and a Slovak-French collaboration between directors Juraj Krasnohorsky and Andre Bonzel (the latter made his name as one of the makers of the notorious Man Bites Dog/C’est arrivé près de chez vous in 1992, so he’s used to collaboration).

Screen Daily has more information, as does the festival website.
