In addition to giving awards for completed films, the Thessaloniki International Film Festival also champions them at the pre-production stage, and this year’s winner of the Crossroads Co-Production Forum award (worth $15,000) is Pasqua, a Slovenian-Czech-Montenegran co-production being developed by writer-director Ivan Marinovic.
